I was dubios at first as I had purchased similar products in the past which lasted no time at all. The Bosmere exceeds all expectations, is well made and looks as if it will last a good few years with preventative maintenance. The centre pole is a good idea and should stop water ponding on the top which is always a problem.
The response to my order was efficient but unfortunately the offered tracking facility was non existent. Even White Stores could not track the order.
I understood from the delivery driver that if you live in Essex or close to it you will not get a tracking code as they use couriers who do not have this facility. Never the less the goods arrived well within the stated delivery period. All in all a good purchase and service. (Posted on 18/04/2011)

Great Service - arrived promptly - the stand in the middle could be taller - we're using a small table to stop the water pooling on the cover and soaking through to the table
